My Login Isn't Working

A coach must first add you to the team's roster and include your email address.

You should receive an email from Hudl with instructions to set up your account.

I Haven't Received My Login Info

Two things might be happening:

Our email is getting spam/junk filtered

  1. Check your email Junk or Spam folder for email from "Hudl".
  2. Move it to your inbox and mark it 'Not Spam'.

Your coach mistyped your email

  1. Contact your video administrator. Let them know you didn't get an email with your login.
  2. Have them double check your address on the Manage Roster page.
